Pick up from Dar es Salaam hotel then depart to Usambara Mountains-Lushoto. You will enjoy country side having a chance to see allot of landforms and many sisal plantations on the way. You will have your lunch on mid way. Arrival in Lushoto late afternoon. Relax at leisure dinner and overnight at MULLERS MOUNTAIN LODGE / IRENTE VIEW CLIFF LODGE

Irente Viewpoint tour (4 to 6 hours)
This most famous viewpoint in the Usambara Mountains is just an hour walk from Lushoto. From the viewpoint you see the village of Mazinde almost 1,000 meter below you. On the way back you pass the village of Irente juu, where you will visit the crossbreeding and soil conservation projects at Mr. Mwindadi's hamlet. The trip can be extended with visits to a nearby waterfall and the viewpoints of Kambe and Kwa Mkeke. There after back at the lodge for lunch relax then dinner and overnight at MULLERS MOUNTAIN LODGE / IRENTE VIEW CLIFF LODGE

DAY 3: USAMBARA MOUNTAINS LUSHOTO-MKOMANZI NATIONAL PARK:
After breakfast make nice pictures of the surroundings then depart with lunch box to Mkomanzi National Park. Set below the verdant slopes of the spectacular Usambara and Pare Eastern Arc Mountain ranges and overseen by iconic snow – capped peak of Kilimanjaro, Mkomazi a virgin breathtaking beauty exhibiting unique natural treasures and immense sense of space. Mkomazi is vital refuge for two highly endangered species, the charismatic black rhino and sociable African wild dog, both of which were successfully reintroduced in the 1990s. Nomadic by nature, wild dog might be seen almost anywhere in the park, but black rhino are restricted to a fenced sanctuary, ensuring their safe keeping for future generations enjoyment and prosperity.
Mkomazi supports several dry – country specialists species that are rare elsewhere in Tanzania; these include the spectacular fringe – eared oryx, with its long back – sweeping horns, and the handsome spiral – horned lesser kudu. Oddest of all is the gerenuk, a gazelle distinguished by its slender neck, bizarre alien – like head, and habit of standing tall on its hind legs stretch for acacia leaves that other browsers cannot reach. You will arrive at noon in the park you will make game drive till late afternoon the drive to Same Town for your accommodation in ELEPHANT MOTEL

After breakfast then with your lunch box drive in to Mkomanzi National Park see the beauty of the park game drive till late in the afternoon then drive back to ELEPHANT MOTEL

DAY 5: MKOMANZI NATIONAL PARK-MARANGU VILLAGE:
After breakfast depart to Marangu Village home to the Kilimanjaro, tours through Marangu offers panoramic sights ideal for photography. Mountain climbing enthusiasts will be delighted to visit the home and memorial of the late Yohano Lawro, a local who accompanied Dr. Hans Meyer on the first recorded climb of Kilimanjaro in 1889. Read the original log books of Mr. Lawro, who lived for an incredible 115 years! Documented evidence will awe visitors who will learn about the astounding feats of this person who guided treks up the mountain at the age of 70 years! Walking tours through Marangu, offer equally breathtaking scenery as its sister city as it also offers walks through numerous waterfalls including the beautiful Kinukamori, Moongo and Mteshani Falls.
One can also learn more about the Chaga culture by visiting a traditional Chaga house made of straw roofing. You can walk through the Chief Mangi area where the first court and primary school of the northern region are still functioning. DAY 6: MARANGU VILLAGE-LAKE CHALA-SAME TOWN
Lake Chala is a crater lake in a caldera on the borders of Tanzania and Kenya on the eastern edge of Mount Kilimanjaro, not far from the town of Moshi and 8 km north of Taveta. Depending on the time of year, it ranges in colour from deep blue to turquoise and green, it is surrounded by a 100 meters high crater rim.
The lake is fed by groundwater flows, which come from Mount Kilimanjaro, feeded and drained under ground with a rate of about 10 million m³ / year. Even the Chala loses volume. It´s level had dropped in the last 6 years, by 2.4 meters, at the start of 2011 the water level has risen again by over 1 meter. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and you will have your picnic lunch at Lake Chala safari Camp. There after drive to Same Town, see amazing views on the way arrival for dinner and overnight at ELEPHANT MOTEL
