DAY 1: DAR ES SALAAM – LUSHOTO USAMBARA MOUNTAIN
Pick up from Dar es Salaam hotel then depart to Usambara Mountains-Lushoto. You will enjoy country side having a chance to see allot of landforms, chains of mountains and valleys, many sisal plantations. You will have your lunch on the way. Arrival in Lushoto late afternoon. Relax at leisure dinner and overnight at MULLERS MOUNTAIN LODGE / IRENTE VIEW CLIFF LODGE

DAY 2: USAMBARA MOUNTAINS LUSHOTO: IRENTE VIEWPOINT TOUR:
Welcome to the green and fertile Usambara Mountains, where you can experience all facets of African rural life and enjoy the marvelous views over the area.
The residents of the Usambara Mountains can offer you:
 Visits to superb viewpoints on the edge of the Mountains
 A visit to several development projects in the district (soil conservation, irrigation, cross breeding, afforestation, health care)
 A climb to Kwa Mongo, the mountain home to a vast number of beautiful butterflies
 walks through dense natural forests and along small rivers that race downhill
 A view into the history and daily life of the Wasambaa farmers
 visits to a traditional pottery village.

Irente Viewpoint tour (4 to 6 hours)
This most famous viewpoint in the Usambara mountains is just an hours walk from Lushoto. From the viewpoint you see the village of Mazinde almost 1,000 meter below you. On the way back you pass the village of Irente juu, where you will visit the crossbreeding and soil conservation projects at Mr. Mwindadi's hamlet. The trip can be extended with visits to a nearby waterfall and the viewpoints of Kambe and Kwa Mkeke. There after back at the lodge for lunch relax then dinner and overnight at MULLERS MOUNTAIN LODGE / IRENTE VIEW CLIFF LODGE

DAY 3: MAZUMBAI FOREST RESERVE- BUMBULI- SONI WATERFALLS
After breakfast you will have a nice tour to the tea plantations, coffee plantations and the Mazumbai forest. At this pristine forest you will have a short walk you will have chance to see huge trees, wild flowers and the black and white Colobus monkey. Then visit Bumbuli with its beautiful scenery and there after you will proceed to Soni waterfalls for a swimming and picnic lunch. Then go back to the lodge in the late afternoon to relax and enjoy the nice and chill atmosphere then dinner and overnight at MULLERS MOUNTAIN LODGE / IRENTE VIEW CLIFF LODGE

Early breakfast then make nice pictures of the surrounding area then drive back to Dar es Salaam. You will have hot lunch mid way and arrival late in the afternoon.
